"This was my first time staying here and I liked it so much that I extended my stay. It’s in a great spot and close to everything without being so close that it’s noisy. The grounds are clean, well lit, lobby is lovely and decorated for Mardi Gras. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating, too. The lobby has a small area where you can buys snacks, drinks, coffee, use the microwave and they even have dog treats for the furry 4 legged visitors. My brother recommended this hotel. He stayed one October and it was super clean, well out and all decked out for fall. This is my new favorite place! "

"We spent 8 nights at the Pensacola Beach Resort and it was paradise!! We booked a king gulf front, but were upgraded to a king executive suite! The room had a king bed which seemed massive, and a wrap around balcony! The bathroom was huge, and the shower was the largest one in any of our previous hotels! Parking was included, and there are 2 levels of garage inside parking, with the lowest level having a walkout to the beach. It also has n incredible walk in outside pool which we didn’t use since the weather was a little chilly! Overall, we absolutely loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! "

"Great stay. Would stay again. On a marina. Restaurant a few steps away. Trail/sidewalk near makes it great for walking and biking. Night time walk around the marina was incredible. "

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "
