Perfect for families, couples and business trips, with fiber wifi internet, Smart TV and a large terrace with spaces to enjoy and have lunch.

With a summery atmosphere all year round, this beautiful home is ideal for families, couples and business trips in an environment surrounded by nature.

It is ideal for vacations and teleworking, with capacity for 5 people, distributed in two bedrooms, one of them with a comfortable double bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. It has two bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the spectacular terrace that has a large outdoor space with two distinct areas: the chill out with hammocks, where you can relax, rest and sunbathe, or the outdoor dining area, perfect for lunch and have a good time with the family. With fiber wifi internet, Smart TV and all the amenities you may need at your fingertips.

Located in a quiet village, with all services around and the beaches of Puertito de Güímar a few minutes drive from the house, a beautiful village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the highway to be able to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, Italian, American and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, a beautiful living room, a large terrace where you can have breakfast or relax, hairdryer, Smart TV, Wifi fibre Internet, sheets and shower towels, cot and highchair, table football, tent and much more.
