"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "As a older couple, (61,62) we were a little hesitant to rent a cabin at the top of the hill because of the steepness of the overall location, but we were able to get to our cabin with ease. I would say if you have a balance or walking issue, rent the lower cabin closest to the entrance as it's on flat ground.
