"Great dog friendly location to watch the water of the Broads go by as our room faced full length windows providing many hors of entertainment watching the gees, swans and sunsets. Would have been good to know that to get to our room we had a climb of 12 external steps which was a bit of a challenge with cases and our pup but well worth kt when you got there. The menu is extensive so would suit most tastes, they even have a 'real' wood fired pizza oven that fires up each morning. All food is...

"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."

"Although it was a good stay and in an excellent location, the room we stayed in was very dusty and needed a good clean. Bathroom blind was very dusty, exposed wires from a towel rail. Bedroom needed dusting and windows that opened needed cleaning. Confusion over the bill when we left."
