"We were recommended to the Grand Dino by friends, and they were right. The reception desk was staffed with the most knowledgeable and patient people; we asked them everything from nearby hiking trails to extra toothpaste, and they always provided excellent service. The daily breakfast worth the price with a great selection of foods and drinks. Although it was a buffet, the chef was kind enough to cook omelettes for us. The rooms were in great condition and super clean. We had no complaints about the room at all. The hotel restaurant, Last Hall, provided great food and service, especially the bread service, pasta, and beef. The pool was well-managed with plenty of towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Don't miss the fountain shows that run every 30 minutes between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM each night. Can’t miss the fountain outside the front entrance. "

"This hotel is very convenient for visiting the islands. It has a lovely pool and gardens. There is a beautiful lakeside walk into the centre. Most rooms overlook the lake."

"The resort was average with some maintenance issues like our air conditioner was broken, they came and looked at it and agreed it was broken. Did not move us but did provide a fan the 2nd night upon request. What makes this place that we would highly recommend was the service. Outstanding. From the airport driver to the hotel staff, to the resturant, they were attentive, efficient and delightful to visit. Truly a great place. The food was excellent and abundant. Pool clean.
