"En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). "Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it! "This was our first visit to Spain and our first rental of 4 for this trip. We were surprised that the kitchen was not stocked with any basics like you would see in an American VRBO, but after all the rest of the rentals in Spain, we realize that is a norm, so we adapted. This rental was very clean, very comfortable and the only one that had a combo washer/dryer instead of just a washer. It was located very well for us- a short drive from the Madrid airport.
