Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. "A wonderful place to stay in Segovia! The rooms are comfortable, the environment is quiet, and all attractions are within walking distance. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the internet was very slow one night and completely out the next. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact reception to resolve the issue."

"This was a very comfortable stopover. Jesus was wonderful at check-in and although he spoke very minimal English, we communicated well. He explained to me about visiting Segovia and gave me a map and although I wasn't planning on visiting it, I went and it was incredible. I am so glad he encouraged me to go.
