"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, taking just one minute, and they even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier shuttle to accommodate our flight schedule. We were truly impressed with their flexibility and commitment to service. And after a long day of travel, we loved unwinding in the hotel pool."

"A MUST experience. Staying in the treehouse is unique without giving up comfort, the surrounding area is lush and filled with wildlife, the restaurant serves good food. Doing the afternoon tour with Victor was great, especially his knowledge of plants, animals, birds and love of gardening for the restaurant."
