"Mario wasn’t available, left a friend in charge who spoke very little English. The listing said English was spoken. The smart TV wasn’t very smart. The wifi was so weak that Netflix couldn’t load on the smart tv. The wifi listing didn’t always show up on my phone. Made it very difficult to plan outings when you had to stand in the kitchen area to get a strong enough signal to search anything. There was no washer as per the listing said. "Nach einem Herzlichen Empfang wurden wir direkt zu einer Tour mit dem Hausboot eingeladen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer einem Tip zur Umgebung und Aktivitäten geben können. Ruhige Lage, an einem Seitenarm des Neuruppiner See. Naturbelassenes Grundstück mit Wasserzugang. Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Radfahren, Angeln und alle Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Wonderful and comfortable house, everything you need in the kitchen, nice and quiet area, lovely lake near by. Could use quicker internet (10 Mbps…) and some more cleaning (floors, kitchen, bathroom, toilet were spotless, but quite some cobwebs in corners, along windows, etcetera). "Hallo zusammen, hier der Bericht eines absoluten Albtraums. Wohnung direkt an der S-Bahn kein Ruhe. Toilettenpapier - warum müssen Sie den auf Toilette? Kein Fernseher - alles spartanisch ausgestattet - so schlecht das wir nach einem Tag abgereist sind! Anforderung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnung wird ignoriert. Fazit Vollkatastrophe!!"

"Outstanding quality and comfort. It got everything you need for the stay. Lovely area, a lot of sightseeing around including short trip to Potsdam. Some small details like instructions for the right bins, switch on the water for washing machine or wifi access were lucking, but I would guess it will come with the time. In all, amazing relaxing stay"

"- die Betten sind durch die steile Treppe und die Schrägen bestenfalls für Kinder geeignet - es war furchtbar kalt ohne Heizung - kaum Küchensusstattung - Fernseher funktionierte nur sporadisch - die Sauberkeit besonders in der Dusche lies sehr zu wünschen übrig"
