"The entrance and access to the rooms was dirty and unwelcoming. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. There was no reception to speak of and this made it difficult to organise anything like taxis etc to get around. Extremely rude and arrogant manager who swore and used foul language when we made a comment that he was not very helpful or courteous. The place itself once passed the entrance was lovely but there was no lift and no help with luggage up the stairs. ...

"We stayed four nights in a rather spacious room. The decor and fittings is a little dated but the place is kept clean. Breakfast spread is basic with the usual bread, cereals, ham, cheese, fruits etc. The hotel is located near to Kudamm strasse the shopping belt. There are many restaurants nearby, with an Italian eatery just next door. Was quite impressed with the staff as they took the trouble to pack a simple food pack for us in the evening before our checkout as we had a very early flight to...

"Really worth the money! Cozy little hotel in Wilmersdorf with personal atmosphere, conveniently located close to 2 subway stations and 1 train station. All kinds of fancy restaurants are within walking distance. Great German breakfast included. Nice, inviting backyard. Hotel personnel are helpful & friendly. Parking is for free. Last but not least: Look at their price tags!"

"The toilet is separated from the room. Although it’s technically classed as a private bathroom you have to unlock a side door, walk through an open hallway - with a water boiler and fire exit on the left - and then unlock the bathroom door. It’s ok for me but for some people, this wouldn’t feel private. "
