"The location was perfect right in the middle of Downtown and many places to eat and drink. The service was friendly across the board! Shout outs to Dan, Natasha, kitchen staff and Restaurant Bartender Journie she was cordial and took cafe of us (regular bar). Clean room.. Food at the Happy Hour was not bad, the offering of wine and free cocktails were just basic. I understand they cannot give away premium brands. The pool was warm but not quite warm enough due to the extreme cold they were having. Hot tub was closed that was a bit of a bummer. All in all a great satay and would come back again.."

"The heater in the room was loud but not enough to cause lack of sleep. Breakfast was a hot buffet wit sausage patties and scrambled eggs among other cold items. Would have liked more hot options. "

"The staff was exceptional. The only issue I had was that the room did not have any shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion. The only toiletries was a single bar of soap. Luckily I had shampoo with me."
