"Great staff & bathroom. The squeeze soap inside showers are not for the 50s & up ladies - waaay too hatd to squeeze out! Poor sheets, pillows & mattess. The lobby seats in sitting area by the rattan hanging chairs side have lots of crumbs & spots on them."

"The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again."
