"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"My wife liked this property more than I. The hotel was built in 1835 but has only been updated to circa 1960, and in some places, it shows. We were there off season and pool was empty which detracted from the overall look of the property. Big room was sparsely furnished but opened onto unforgettable deck overlooking Amalfi coast from a higher elevation than in town. "Property is great! The breakfast is full and you can ask for anything from the kitchen. The pool is small but still a great spot to relax. "Wonderful Hotel and wonderful staff! Will stay here again! Can’t wait to go back! 5 min walk from the town centre and very laid back and quiet. Train station is only a 10 min walk away and there are taxis as well. Food at the hotel and local restaurants was excellent. The included breakfast at the hotel was amazing. ONE and only disappointment was the pool was very cold!! But otherwise phenomenal hotel and people! "

"An outstanding hotel, very convenient to the main square of Sorrento and other attractions. Our room was gorgeous, beautiful decor, large and comfortable, with balconies on two sides. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with the ordinary breakfast foods as well as an incredible sweet table.a delightful place to stay in Sorrento! "

"The hotel and facilities were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for every little thing. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the shopping, but far enough off the streets it was pretty quiet at night. The Persian cat that lives on the grounds was absolutely adorable and friendly. Tons of great dining options right around the hotel as well, and the breakfast the hotel served was awesome with tons of options. The bar at the hotel was also very modestly priced for the island and again; with lots of options. Overall, for the price; you can’t stay anywhere better in my opinion if you’re looking to stay in Capri. My only complaints are with the room (106) is that the patio door did not shut all the way; the weather was very nice but you could hear the nightlife and trash service when they came around. The water temperature in the shower seemed to have a mind of its own, getting very hot when it was at mid temperature setting. Those complaints are very small in the overall picture, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay on Capri for a decent price! 10/10 and 5 stars!! "

"We absolutely loved this property for several reasons. The location is perfect—just a scenic 5-minute walk to the bustling town center and shopping district. Our room was fantastic, offering a spacious, renovated layout with breathtaking ocean views. Luigi, our host, truly stood out; he went above and beyond, assisting with our ferry ticket bookings and arranging for our luggage to be delivered to the port. His warmth and generosity made our stay exceptional. The drinks were outstanding, and the bar's view of the Capri mountains was simply breathtaking. This hotel truly deserves 6 stars. Don’t bother looking elsewhere—we've done the research for you!"

"The best hotel in Capri!!! The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning. Large rooms with an amazing balcony. Clean and beautiful decorated. It feels like a fairytale!
