"This property was just what we were looking for. The traditional farm house is well-built and well-maintained and the owners' eclectic sense of style was beautifully displayed throughout. "Convenient location a little outside of town. Gonsenheim is a wonderful neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Straßenbahn and bus stops all nearby. Next to Gonsenheimer Hof Restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner."

Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. "Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...
