"Generally, everything was excellent. Check in was simple and quick, as was check out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Room was clean and spacious. No fridge though, although I expect the hotel has good reasons for not providing one."

"Comfortable room for stop over near the airport"

"The hotel was in a quiet and safe area. There was a garage nearby, we could walk to the central station along the canal, there was a tram stop nearby, and the breakfast we had at their restaurant was fantastic. The staff was so kind as well. My favorite thing was the outside playing area for the kids and the outside seating area was perfect in the beautiful spring weather we had. The rooms were spacious and clean and just so beautifully decorated. Supermarkets nearby and everything you could need. We have an event coming up in Amsterdam and we will definitely book here again. "

"It has a convenient shuttle from Schiphol, but hotel staff smoke near the bus stop. My room was big, clean, and quiet (no airplane noise), but the mini-fridge compressor was noisy even though the fridge was empty. Its power cable was hidden behind a metal grille and could not be unplugged. I chose this airport hotel for its eco-friendly claims, but powering an empty fridge without allowing the guest to turn it off seems wasteful. I did not stay long enough at this hotel to experience many of its other eco-friendly features, such as reduced housekeeping visits, but the toiletry consumables (e.g. soap) were in large, refillable bottles."
