I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me. "Rooms were nice and big. Clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Early check-in requires a fee with a rate of €10 per hour. There's a park nearby with a goat farm but it takes a while to walk there due to lack of more direct access. No allocated walkways to the park though. Only a bicycle track. The Albert Heijn store was way too small with too little items for sale. A recommended hotel for a short stay. "
