" Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut, aber leider haben wir das Haus nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus war deutlich mehr runtergekommen als auf den Bildern, und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht... Es gab an einigen Wänden Schimmel und Wasserflecken und der Gemeinschaftspool war Grün. Als wir den Vermieter darauf angesprochen haben hat er leider nicht reagiert und auch keine Anstalt gemacht etwas zu ändern. Als wir dann mit fewo Kontakt aufgenommen...

"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken...

"Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung, sauber gehalten und liebevolles Snack-Carepaket sogar bereitgestellt. In der Wohnung haben wohl früher Katzen gewohnt, es hat noch stark nach Katzen gerochen. Diese sind uns abends auch noch besuchen gekommen, da diese bei den Nachbarn zu wohnen scheinen."

"We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "

"Location We were concerned that we would be too hot in August but the climate in the mountains was perfect. As well as days by the pool & building rafts on the stream right behind the accommodation; we had day trips to towns, cities & the beach. Walks in the forest were enjoyed by everyone, you can walk through the forest to the local town with an excellent butchers, café & mini market as well as a bakers & pizzeria. Evenings were cooler which meant that sleeping was not a...

"This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"
