"Its a small quaint Hyatt and thats what we loved the most. We stayed for 5 days due to the passing of my beautiful mother in-law. The staff at the front desk and bar were amazing. Every morning we'd go down with our grandson for breakfast and they'd be at the desk saying good morning. This is a really nice hotel with amazing staff."

"Up-to-date, classy, modern, quiet, very clean, excellant hospitality, sparkling clean pool and spa. Best bang for the buck in the area. The breakfast consisted of mini blueberry muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, tatter tots, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, egg omelette, pancakes, apples, bananas, various cereals, and my favorite; the self serve yogurt machine with various sprinkle on toppings. Coffee, tea and juices available thru the beverage dispenser. Exception hotel! Best hotel in the area in my opinion. 😀👍"

"We were there for 2 days to visit our son, its location was perfect , close to univ of Chicago. Lots of restaurants in area, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Parking on site 40$ per day. It was snowing while we were there so preferred covered parking . Staff nice. Overall stay was good, would stay there again."
