"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "The room is so good, clean and no odors. In addition, water heater works properly and so does the air conditioner. The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. The hotel has the most interesting kid outdoor activity that my kids and my friend kids love much. They play so many times until tired. "This hotel was recommended to me. I got a good rate and the propery pitures looked good. From the moment i walked in it was obvious this was a quality hotel. Top quality service from start to finish. I was offer an upgrade for $50/night, i decided to take it since i was only staying 2 nights. I'm not sure but i believe my room was better, i used the executive lounge which i really enjoyed. The fitness centre i didn't use but i should've. I can't say enough about the staff. The hotel will even offer a take away breakfast if you asked. "

"Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again "
