"The front desk was not open at all twice when we went to check in. A third time we went back and they were kind but no one spoke any English. I couldn’t communicate needs (extra towels or glasses). "I wasa confused when I arrived as there was no sign on the door to indicate this was the pension. The owner was very kind and came to let me into the room at 23.00. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that the owner insisted on an extra EURO20 cleaning charge for the room. These hidden extras are a considerable annoyance. When you see a price on a web-site, you expect that price to be charged."
