"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand."

"Nia’s flat was a perfect spot to stay on our recent trip to London. Very accessible to multiple bus stops - just a quick ride to the O2 or Woolwich to get on the tube. Conveniently located with an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and a quick walk into Greenwich through the park. "Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!"
