"The beds were advertised as queen size but were definitely not queen. The beds also had a huge dip in them and were not comfortable. The curtains didnt block the outdoor lights. The room phone didnt work, which could have been needed for medical emergency, and when we went to front desk to advise she said that it was a known issue and couldnt be fixed; she didnt offer to switch us rooms, she only offered to check us out on a Saturday night at 9pm. "There was still hurricane damage, but they work through that just fine. Everything in the room was as it should be, my only complaint was the bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet paper molding. But Everything seemed fine for arriving at 1am and leave at 7am. The staff was great. We will stay here again. But i would absolutely like to have a cleaner bathroom!!!"

"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."

"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""
