"I have stayed in New York many times, and this by far was the best. We arrived at hotel early was hoping to be able to leave our luggage while we went walking around the city. Well not only was our room ready they upgraded our room to a suite. I did not find anything wrong with this hotel except the minibar. A 12oz can soda cost $13.28 that was insane. But that was my fault for not checking. But when I am in New York this is my home from now on. "

Perfectly convenient to Grand Central, Bryant Park, and many others! Especially loved the spacious rooms, great coffee in the mornings, and the beautiful lux fragrance at entry! "I liked how you couldn’t hear anyone whilst staying in the hotel. I also liked how accommodating the staff was. I wish I stayed longer for my trip. It was decently priced. Room could’ve been larger though. 8.5/10"
