"we went to breakfast sunday a.m. at 9. breakfast was to be until 10. but at that time, many of the food containers were empty. it was 20 minutes before they were filled again. staff missed keeping ahead of it. i also came down the elevator saturday p.m. just walking around and could hear the person at the front counter "yelling" over the phone "don't come down here, we don't have your credit card". it was said a number of times, louidly. it was disconcerting and i turned around and walked...
