"The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"Im sorry to say these were the worst 2 apartments in the hotel which by the way is not called terrez but is actually in the negril beach club hotel (id like to stressthat the negril beach club itself seemed to be a nice hotel to stay ) but thr 2 apartments that i booked under the false advertisement on hotels .com website were the worst experience ever , they privately owned and this was not listed i couldnt find it to start with then i called the number and was put through to yet another hotel...
