"This place was really well done and made us feel right at home. Bedding was super soft and the shower was invigorating. Perfect for a short stay for one or two people. "

"Came down with Adult Siblings to attend Great Nephew’s Wedding at Tuckers Farm. Other Family members stayed in another close VRBO. Julie’s Guest Cottage was spot on as advertised. Property was so beautiful and peaceful. The Guest Cottage was spotless and had all the amenities one could ask for. Julie is an amazing and graceful host!"

We found this hidden gem and are so happy we booked it! This is located in a super cool historic community across the river from downtown Jacksonville. "A lovely, clean and comfy tiny home! Quiet, a pond to walk by, close to historic St. Augustine. A very friendly , competent host too! "

"Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. "

"Love St. Augustine and like to go south in the winter. House is very clean and in good location. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and watching the birds from the back deck. Looks pretty at night also with the lights across from the marsh. Would definitely recommend this house and would book again."

"The office staff were quick to respond to a broken oven since we were cooking our meal in the condo. The golf courses in and around the area are awesome. The pool, hot tub, gym and tennis/pickle ball courts were fantastic. It’s a great spot to come to. "
