"Arrived at dusk, house numbers are hard to read. Maid was not finished with clean up. Could not occupy until she finished. Diningroom floor is raised about 1 inch above other floors. Trip hazard for old folks like me. One toilet clogged immediately the other had a handle that stuck in the open position unless monitored closely. Have to pay extra if you want heat prior to December. Lighting/fans are controlled by remotes. No one briefed us on that so it took a few moments to figure out. No...
