"Front desk did not sense the customer needs. I waited at least 20 minuses without asked me. The breakfast is hot meal. Great!"

"We stayed for a quick overnight trip and we were impressed. The hotel and room was outstandingly quiet and clean, all of the staff was incredibly friendly, the amenities were all nice, and the location/view was beautiful. It was not overly crowded either which was a huge plus for us. It was about 3 miles from every attraction we were there for. We weren’t too thrilled to find what appeared to be air freshener cones in the hallway vents, which could flare up allergies. I personally did not smell...

"Maybe have more options for breakfast( protein bars?) I really liked the availability of hot water at all hours. Staff asked me which floor I would prefer to be on and was able to give me my preference. Nice to be able to look out and see where my car was to gauge how much time I needed to brush snow off."

"Couldnt get anyone to come to the desk after 10 to find out the wifi pw. Was not told that info on check-in. We figured it out, but stood at the desk tang twice over a 15 minute period. Other than that it was wuiet, comfy and clean."
