"Short stay for 3 nights in apartment. The staff greeted us and were very welcoming. There was a shock though having to pre authorise £300 on card. I should have read the small print but did seem excessive. The apartment is spacious and perfect for what we needed. The stairs are a killer though especially with luggage etc. All the basics are there cutlery crockery etc. There are no drinks provided tea coffee etc unlike in main hotel. "I have been using the facility for the last more than 6 months staying there for few days almost every month and it worth's the money. although it becomes little noisy when the house is full and all the rooms are occupied but does not bother much. The rooms are clean and staff is cooperative and friendly. Manager Mr Haseeb takes care of everything at personal level and it always ready with a smiley face to listen and help you. "
