"A lovely unique hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly. As it was a special birthday and rather last minute booking I tried to use the thermal suite but it was booked up. This was disappointing. The room was comfortable, spacious with a lovely en suite bathroom. The carpet was a little threadbare in some places although given that the room was rather dark as were the corridors in the hotel then it was not that noticeable. "Friendly staff and clean big rooms. Between T1 and T2 and convenient for a one day stay while waiting to catch a national or an international flight. Connections to both terminals via a covered walkway. Good restaurant and 12pm checkout. Essentially everything I look for in an airport hotel."

"We stayed as we booked the late swim and spa. Are room for three had two double beds and bathroom. Although dated and in need of a little attention it didn’t detract from our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. The outside swim area was cold and we couldn’t stay in it for long. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was full. Food was good and warm. Overall a great stay and would return."
