"Charming hotel right across from Windsor Castle. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a section that only had stairs to get to the rooms across a beautiful walkway but there wasn’t too many as there was only a couple of floors. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. We were there for New Years and had the dinner and dance in the ballroom. The food was fabulous. Windsor is a charming place with lots of shops and restaurants right by the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"Fairmont Windsor Park offers a lovely experience for couples and families, with various dining options and close proximity to Windsor Park, where you can spot deer. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are modern. However, there was a booking issue where a king room booked via Expedia was switched to a queen room upon arrival, with a £30 fee to upgrade back to the originally booked room. After a brief dispute at check-out, the fee was waived. Despite this hiccup, the stay was overall enjoyable."
