"Room needs upgrading. Only a single hanger for customer clothes. Pubic hair on the toilet lid and sink from housekeeping. There was an empty Coke bottle visible behind the refrigerator. The last customers Taco Bell was still in the refrigerator. A broken pair of reading glasses was under the ottoman. Lots of dust between the headboard and the mattresses where customers need to plug in devices near the bed. "
