My room was upgraded, I was given a credit for 25 euros toward food, and I was offered late check out. It was a kind and appreciated gesture. I did get a hot stone massage at the spa, which was lovely. I spent some time in the sauna, although I was suprised it was co-ed. I also enjoyed an Afternoon Tea Service, which was delicisious. Lastly, a friend and I sat at the bar on Saturday night and were left alone by the staff to have a long conversation. It was nice to just sit and not feel rushed. "
