"The lobby was very clean and updated. The fireplace was nice on the cold rainy day. There were two employees at the front desk, one I do not think was on duty yet and the other was finishing with a guest. There were multiple guests ( at least 6) waiting in the lobby for their rooms to be available. We arrived at check in and our room was not ready.
