"Our family had the pleasure of staying in the cabin for several days in December 2024. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was more than adequate for the 8 of us. The cabin was well stocked with linens, toiletries and kitchen supplies and it was extremely clean! It even has a washer and dryer. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. Unfortunately, we did not get the pleasure of spotting a moose as we had hoped for, but we did wake up to all kinds of animal...

"If you are looking for a "rustic log cabin", this is your place. As indicated in the virtual video, the cabin is VERY small and there is not a lot of room to unpack your suitcase (no closet space) or move around in the main sitting area as the dining table is in the middle of it. However, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean. The kitchen had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and the amenities to cook a meal. "This is the first time in many years that we were not close to our children during Christmas. This made the perfect getaway for the two of us. Even though winter is not the main season for Grand Lake, there was still enough open to occupy our time."

"Cabin was cute and well stocked. Cleanliness could be better. One bed had a blood stain on the blanket, and there was mouse droppings under the kitchen sink when we were taking out the trash. Overall things were fine though. "
