"Well maintained property, very clean. Host was available and friendly but also allowed some privacy. Great downtown area. "

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "

"I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Better than well equipped. Everything is included and stocked in this condo: I mean everything. Good location: we could have walked into the city of Grand Haven but chose not to because of the frigid temps. Safe. A locked entrance to enter all of the condos, plus coded Yale entry into the condo itself. Parking is more than ample. "We had a wonderful family reunion "

"We have been there once before. Our biggest problem if there is no way to get to the pool without walking or drivingvto it. That meant both times we were there we didn't use the pool at all which I wasn't happy with. Wverything else was fine. I doubt that we will go there again."

"This cabin is OLD. But in the best way. It has original detail, with some modern amenities. While I personally thought it was charming, I could see how others might not. Aesthetically, the owner has excellent taste and everything worked together. But there were areas that could use some maintenance/updates.
