"The house was right across from the state park. The house was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. The bed in what I will call the master bedroom seemed to fold into the middle when there was two people in it. It was also very noisy when you would move in the middle of the night. There were two beds in the 2nd bedroom that were almost like sleeping on a piece of plywood. "My mom and two teenage daughters and me were traveling and this was a good place to stop on our journey. The double bed and pillows were comfortable. The futon/pullout was not really meant for sleeping. There were not linens for the futon or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The double bed did have pillowcases and sheets. "All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "
