"Five stars because the Baymont is the best value in Grand Haven. It's clean, comfortable, has a decent area to walk the dog, and indoor pool with an outdoor deck, and a decent breakfast. I'd rate a 4, but for the overall value/price. Rooms are a little dark, feels gloomy. But they make a special effort to decorate for various holidays. It's our go-to place in GH where we visit family several times a year."

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "

"This is the most adorable beach house, super clean and beautifully decorated! Location is right across the street from the beach and minutes (driving) away from Grand Haven shopping and restaurants. We had a tiny issue with the lock on the door (how to) but the owners texted us back right away and even checked on us the next day to make sure we were good to go! Such a wonderful time, this is an awesome property for a family vacation!"

"The lake and beach were so beautiful! The house was great to except for the electrical problems that caused the breaker to trip. We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work.
