"Clean and safe, close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra. Only negatives were lack of a shower stall and there was no safe in my room. Luckily staff gave me access to a lobby safe."

"What a great hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for exploring the Alhambra area and center of the city. Cafes and restaurants are everywhere, but the hotel also has its own lovely dining options. I highly recommend getting the breakfast plan and trying out the rooftop restaurant. Our room on the first floor was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Great communication before we arrive which was after they normally leave for the day. Alberto and specially Greg were so helpful and so engaging to make sure we have everything we need. The room was spacious and super clean. We had the room with the Alahambra view on the second floor, perfect view at the same time if you have super sensitive ears like my wife get an inside facing room overall I stay here every time I come to Granada. Btw, great coffe shop right downstairs for your morning...

"Excellent stay - hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. The Alhambra is also only about a 15-20 min (uphill of course) walk from the hotel. From the train station the hotel is about a 25 minute walk. The rooms are clean, with equipment in working order. It would definitely help to have USB charging ports (there were none in the room that I could find), so it is important to have an adapter if coming from an area with different plugs....
