Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...

The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival. "
