"The first floor was being remodeled so it looked pretty rough. The breakfast room was closed so we didn’t get the breakfast we were expecting from the description of the hotel, and no discount even though we had the expense and inconvenience of buying breakfast on our own. There was a nice large grassy area to walk/potty our 2 dogs, which was nice. The room was comfortable and clean and fortunately no noise from the construction downstairs. I would stay there again once the remodeling is done. "

"The property was excellent in every way! I would love the option of plugging in a fire stick or device for movie watching since there are no streaming services. Staff was amazing and the food in both restaurants is top notch!"

"Early Blue is a gem!!! Stunning views of the mountains. Crazy convenient to Saluda, Tryon and Hendersonville. Staff are friendly, and helpful answering any questions we had. We will definitely be going back soon! Can't wait to see the leaves change in the fall. Make sure to get a view of the mountains with access to the courtyard. You'll love it!"

"This property is whimsical. It is old, full of character and interesting items, and beds of every sort. The laundry facilities are wonderful, the kitchen, while one of a kind could use a few new pots and such. We enjoyed our time there, it was very relaxing!
