"Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern."

Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. "Overall was perfect. Property was well equipped with everything you need from cooking to laundry. Very well designed and had a wonderful New York City loft vibe. It even had all original wood floors which brings me to my only problem. There are multiple areas where the floor nails are raised and could potentially be a pain in your foot.
