"So we get there we check in they asked him after they got us a door key if we would like the newer building which price goes up so we had to say no we already paid for what we got them we go to our room and there is a flat screen tv on this long dresser and a older tv on the dresser with a microwave and on the table was the mini fridge like it was cluttered and the shower curtain was dirty and I feel they could have cleaned it much better the hallway was dirty and it smelt like cat piss"

"Smaller hotel, wrong name on the building. Seems theres a buy out going on. Staff gets 6 stars. Very friendly, even when checking in after midnight. Why is there so much bleach on the towels and bedsheets? I get that everyone increased during covid, but can we do another rinse cycle to get some of that out. I got a good headsche snelling that in all night. The pillows are to soft. Could not sleep well. Also.. they havent cleaned the toilets in while. Look at this pictures (room 214)....

"Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being Expedia paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue."

"After reading some of the reviews I was definitely concerned pulling in with my family on Friday. I will say once we were greeted by the staff I felt more at ease. Then the room was clean and nice. The nights were quiet. It was a perfect spot for the different museums. Not far from downtown. Overall was truly impressed. "

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!! The added benefit of the evening reception with food and drinks in addition to the amazing breakfast allowed for a time for our family to eat together, save on the cost of our overall trip, and simply enjoy our time together. Everything was delicious and such a wide variety! I would highly recommend!"
