"We love staying in this place! We went during Christmas season so the hotel was nicely decorated, it made us feel just like home. Breakfast was delicious, however the lady making the omelets that morning needs to take a customer service class or just stay in the back. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant (DÉLICE La Brasserie) and all the waiters were so attentive and polite. Our room was comfortable and spacious, however it needed a little makeover, some of the cabinets in the bathroom were broken. "

Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean, but the air conditioning system is frustrating. It only allows a +/-3°C adjustment from an unknown base temperature, and at times, the room became uncomfortably hot for no reason. The bathroom is excellent, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water, though the shower cubicle tends to leak. The biggest downside is the WiFi, which is inconsistent—occasionally fast but often very slow and unreliable. Additionally, housekeeping is only provided every four days unless you pay extra, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, the location and modern design make it a good choice, but improvements in key areas like WiFi, air conditioning, and cleaning policy would significantly enhance the experience."
