"The best aspect of this hotel is its relatively close location (about 8 minute drive, or 1 train stop) to the central district and place, while having a good price for spacious rooms. "I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"Location in a lively area but still away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. UBahn within 5 min walk, good food options in the area. Would not recommend it in the warmer months, since there’s no AC and the ventilator in the room is mediocre. Bathroom emitted a bad smell."

"Our room was clean and warm. However, the water tasted salty, especially when you boiled it. Nothing was mentioned about the salinity of the water. Entering was easy as the passwords was sent after online check-in. "

"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm."

"Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."
