"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. "Lovely relaxing stay in January. Cold outside but warm and cosy inside (insulation needed around the old sash windows in bedroom though against the wind!) Very welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Our room was a good size and comfortable if a little tired looking. The hotel is in a beautiful spot with lots of good walking trails nearby. Would definitely stay here again"
