"The front desk was super helpful. The girl let me check in early, and got me all set up in minutes. I was staying at a resort spa across town but needed to stay an extra night, which they couldn’t accommodate so I had to stay at this Quality Inn. I’ve never stayed at one before BUT the difference in cleanliness and layout from a 3-4 star rated spa resort was astounding. The spa resort on one hand was filthy, I found mold in that bathroom, the layout of the room was poor BUT at the Quality Inn (2 star hotel) across town I got everything I needed. On top of a clean bathroom, and easy parking. But it had a lower rating, and I DON’T understand why? Because between the two, I DEFINITELY, would stay at a quality inn again before I go back to the resort spa. "
