"Super convenient to ski slopes. The hot tub was not functioning, also water was out when we arrived. Water was murky & cold through the next day once it started working. Check in for 1 of the rooms out of the 2 we reserved, was well past check in time. "

First she yelled at my daughter for pouring too much batter into the waffle maker. "We really like staying here. It's the perfect ski hotel. We like to sit by the fire in the lobby and play cards, go to the bar for a drink and live music, and soak in the "very" hot pool after a long day of skiing. Some rooms are a little dated. Our kitchen was on the older side but had an oven. Our friends kitchen was newer but only had a cooktop. A little bit of peeling paint and wallpaper but overall clean enough."

"The front desk employee was excellent—very nice and efficient and helped me right away when the heater in my room was louder than a Mack truck! The hotel looks like it was upgraded recently as well. "

"The room was very small yet comfortable. Bathroom was very tight. Very little space to put things. The bed was very soft and cozy. However there was a dead bug squished in The curtains. Cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch and a wine tasing with great cheese was a special treat. The entrance to the Billings farm was free because we stayed at the Inn. Nice touch."
