"The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean though the power (Room 6 bed 4) did not work. The comfort could have been improved by adding privacy curtains or similar. However, it was comfortable and reasonable value overall, and I would stay again "

We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund.
