Pros: Convenient location, wonderful hot tub and back deck with beautiful trees, lots of room and plenty of kitchen amenities, Cons: Only 1/2 bath on the main level to serve the bedroom there. The A/C unit froze up and had to be turned off, making the upstairs rooms uncomfortably warm one night."
