"The gite was very modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were one or two things that would make the stay easier. There was no iron or ironing board and no oven gloves for the oven and no manuals/instructions for appliances e.g. television, oven etc! Again, no provision of things we have had in most other gites and which make life easier like kitchen roll and foil. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"
